Express NanoLuc®-Kinase Fusions in Mammalian Cells


The NanoLuc®-SIK3 FL Fusion Vector expresses NanoLuc® luciferase fused to the N-terminus of full-length human SIK3, UniProt isoform Q9Y2K2-5. The NanoLuc® luciferase kinase fusion vectors are supplied transfection-ready. The CMV promoter drives the expression of the full-length NanoLuc® kinase fusion protein.
